Questrade

While Questrade's commission-free ETF purchases are definitely a draw, I've found their desktop platform, IQ Edge, to have a steeper learning curve than I anticipated. Some features I'm used to from other brokers aren't as straightforward here. I also waited a bit longer than I'd like for a response on a support ticket recently. It's decent for the cost, but there's room for improvement in user experience for me.

Honestly, Questrade has exceeded my expectations in every way. The platforms are easy to use, whether I'm checking my portfolio on the go or doing more detailed analysis on my desktop. Their pricing structure is very transparent, and I really value the low fees. Every time I've needed assistance, their support team has been prompt and very friendly, making the entire experience stress-free.

Customer service was adequate when I needed them, but nothing outstanding.
