Overall, my experience with Rock-West has been quite positive, especially regarding their tight spreads on indices. While the platform works well, I do hope for a few more advanced charting tools in future updates. Their support team has always been quick to respond and very helpful when I've had questions.

The pricing at Rock-West for metals trading is excellent, certainly one of the best I've found. However, I had a small issue with account verification that took longer than expected to resolve with customer service. Once it was sorted, everything else has run smoothly, but that initial hiccup was a bit frustrating.
