Market Sentiment
LiveHow the sentiment is calculated
We aggregate the per-symbol position polarity (long vs short) of every active marketplace strategy on PipCircle. Each strategy contributes one vote per symbol it currently trades - there are no synthetic averages, no jitter, and no padding. When more strategies open longs on EUR/USD than shorts, the long bar grows and the change flashes briefly so you can see it move in real time.
Reading the bars
Each row is a single instrument. The emerald (left) segment is the percentage of strategies currently long; the rose (right) segment is the percentage currently short. The trader count next to each row is the number of strategies actively trading that instrument right now.
How to use it
Many traders treat extreme sentiment as a contrarian signal - when 90% of the crowd is long, the market often reverses. Use this as one input alongside your own analysis, technical setup, and risk management. PipCircle does not provide investment advice and past sentiment patterns do not guarantee future moves.
